  • Real-life tools and strategies from clinicians and peers: monthly live enrichment (virtual option)

What You’ll Need to Begin

Before you start, take a few moments to prepare your space and mindset.

Here’s what to gather:

  • Journal or notebook — for reflections, tracking habits, and insights
  • Your “Why” statement — a personal note on what motivates your health journey
  • Comfortable space — somewhere peaceful where you can listen, write, and move freely
  • Water bottle or herbal tea — hydration is key!
  • Yoga mat or comfortable movement clothes — for gentle activity and mindfulness sessions
  • Planner or calendar — to schedule short daily practices
  • Open mind and curiosity — this is a journey of discovery, not perfection

All six modules are taught by Dr. Kelly Rothe and/or Susan Fish-Cedergren, RN, NC-BC, Nurse Coach, with guest experts and regular folks who have developed strategies that help create a happier, healthier lifestyle.
